1. Who we are
Simov Studio LTD ("we", "the studio") is a web design and automation studio registered in Larnaca, Cyprus, and the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@simov.studio.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, and project details when you send a project brief; your website URL and email when you request a free audit; your email and marketing consent when you download a free guide; and message content if you contact us by email or WhatsApp. We do not buy data or track you across other websites.
3. Why we process it
To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps prior to a contract); to deliver an audit or guide you requested (contract); to send occasional marketing emails only if you ticked the consent box (consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link); and to keep basic business records (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run this website and answer you: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare, which also runs the Turnstile spam check on our forms) and our email delivery provider (Brevo). Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry and project data: for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by Cypriot tax and company law. Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe. Audit requests that don't become projects: up to 12 months, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing. Email hello@simov.studio and we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
7. Cookies
See the Cookie Policy for what this site stores in your browser.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change, and always show the "last updated" date above.
