Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of simov.studio and, together with a written proposal, any services you engage Simov Studio LTD to deliver. If a signed proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

2. Quotes and scope

Published prices are starting points for the listed scope. Every project receives a written fixed quote covering scope, timeline, and price before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately or billed at $100/hour with your prior approval.

3. Payments

Projects start with a deposit that reserves your slot; the remainder is split across agreed milestones. A milestone is billed only after you approve the work behind it. Monthly plans (maintenance, hosting) are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

4. Your responsibilities

You provide timely feedback, content you have the right to use, and access to accounts we need (domain, hosting, integrations). Delays in feedback or materials extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered website: design files, code, and content. We may use open-source components and licensed tools (e.g. premium plugins, themes, or fonts) that remain under their own licenses. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Warranties and liability

Every launch includes 30 days of priority support for defects. Beyond that, services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected work. We are not liable for third-party services (hosting outages, plugin vendors, payment providers) or for content you supply.

7. Termination

Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed to date; we hand over everything you paid for.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes go to the courts of Cyprus. Questions: hello@simov.studio.
