Run your site through PageSpeed Insights (free, from Google), use the mobile tab, and copy the three Core Web Vitals numbers here. No email required.
The verdicts use Google's own published thresholds - the same boundaries its ranking systems use for real-visitor data.

Enter your three numbers above and the verdict appears here.
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is how long the biggest thing on the screen - usually your hero image or headline - takes to appear. Good is 2.5 seconds or less; above 4 seconds is poor. Slow LCP is usually oversized images or slow hosting, and it is the metric most visitors actually feel.
Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) measures how much the page jumps around while loading - the effect that makes you tap the wrong button. Good is 0.1 or less; above 0.25 is poor. The fix is reserving space for images, embeds, and banners before they load.
Interaction to Next Paint (INP) is how quickly the page responds when someone taps or types. Good is 200 milliseconds or less; above 500 is poor. High INP almost always means too much JavaScript competing for the browser's attention.
The headline 0-100 score is a lab simulation - useful as a smoke test, but Google's ranking systems use these three metrics measured from your real visitors. Judge the three, not the one.

Less than most people think. The 0-100 Lighthouse score is a lab simulation. Google's ranking systems use the three Core Web Vitals measured from real visitors, so a site can score 70 in the lab and still pass where it counts. Judge the three metrics, not the headline number.
Google's published boundaries: LCP is good up to 2.5 seconds and poor above 4 seconds. CLS is good up to 0.1 and poor above 0.25. INP is good up to 200 milliseconds and poor above 500 milliseconds. Between the two boundaries counts as "needs improvement".
Most fixes are routine for a developer: properly sized images and better hosting for LCP, reserved space for images and ads for CLS, and less blocking JavaScript for INP. The free website audit tells you which fix matters most on your specific site.
